Bella Vista Garden Club Greenhouse Sale Guidelines April 16 & 17, 2021
Welcome to the Bella Vista Garden Club Greenhouse Plant Sale. Our sale will be by appointment only for these two days: Friday, April 16th from 8am-noon and 5pm-7pm and Saturday April 17th from 8am-noon. Starting Sun, April 11th at noon you can request appointments only at bvgcplantsale@gmail.com for the days of the sale. Emails received prior to this date and time will not be honored. Emails will be processed in the order received.
You are encouraged to social distance as much as possible and to wear a mask.
Our sale will be held at Bella Vista Village Wastewater Plant, 380 Bella Vista Way (Hwy 71). GPS does not always work for this location. It is only accessible going south (about a mile from the MO/AR border). Look for the brown sign that says Turf Care, Wastewater Plant, NWA Garden Co-op. There will be colorful triangle flags attached to the sign. If you have problems locating the facility phone Joal Miller @ 716-553-5283.
Payments are EXACT cash, check, credit card or PayPal. We will not have cash for change.
A list of our available Coleus, Tomatoes and Zinnias, and colored photos of each is posted on our website: bellavistagardenclub.com and also on our Facebook page: Bella Vista Garden Club, or you can request a listing when you make your appointment. All plants in the one-gallon pots $5.00 per pot except the large coleus pots that will be $10, $15 or $20.
We Encourage you to do your best to maintain social distance and that you wear a mask while you are inside the gates of the facility.
Each appointment is for one person, for a total of 30 minutes. When you finish shopping, please pay for your plants, and take them home. We hope that by providing a list of available plants, photos, quantities, you can make your shopping list ahead of me and speed up the process.
If a family member or friend wants to come with you, that person needs his/her separate appointment for the same me as yours. We are a attempting to control the number of people inside the greenhouse at a time.
You will be held at the entry gate, checked off the appointment list, and allowed to enter. If you arrive early, you will not be admitted until your appointment time, unless there is available space. If you are late, your appointment time still ends at the scheduled time set.
The plants will be in the large greenhouse on your right, shortly after you enter the gates. We will have members available to help you select plants and get them to your car. You will pay for your plants at the Cashier tent outside the greenhouse. You will then follow the signs to exit the facility to help control the traffic.
Once you’ve had the opportunity to get your plants planted, we would greatly appreciate it if you could return your pot(s) back to us at the Waste Water facility. Being able to reuse pots helps us keep our expenses down. If you have other one gallon pots, please bring them as well. We’d really appreciate it.

These plants were grown in our own small hothouse at the facility. The plants were lovingly tended each day from the first of February until the sale. The proceeds from our plant sales go toward scholarships for Horticulture college students, who will carry on our love of all plants and nature.
