Flower Shows

Floral Exhibits

The BVCG held many a Standard Flower Show which is the official title of a flower show conforming to standards established by National Garden Clubs, Inc. The purposes of a Standard Flower Show are: To educate club members and the viewing public and to stimulate interest in horticulture and floral design.

In 2015, the Bella Vista Garden Club joined hands with the Garden Club of Rogers, the Bentonville Garden Club and Floralia Arranger's Guild Garden Club to do something new and exciting. Local artists and floral designers from these four garden clubs came together to create a bouquet of fun and beauty! "Duets In Bloom", was an art exhibit combined with floral designs inspired by the art.

2019 brought a return to the Standard Flower Show with new and different categories to enter including, photography and collage. All Flower Shows are open to the public at no charge.

God loved the flowers and invented soil. Man loved the flowers and invented vases.
